      Irina Borisovna Uvarova (rodilas` 13 aprelia 1947 goda) — sovetskaia e`stradnaia pevitca, pedagog, vdova izvestnogo poe`ta-pesennika Alexandera Zhigareva, s 1995 goda rabotaet v Moskovskom dramaticheskom teatre «Benefis». Rodilas` v muzy`kal`noi` sem`e. Otetc Iriny` by`l izvestny`m muzy`kantom, igral na roiale i akkordeone, rabotal akkompaniatorom u Liudmily` Zy`kinoi`. Zakonchila muzy`kal`nuiu shkolu po classu fortepiano, zatem muzy`kal`ny`i` fakul`tet pedagogicheskogo instituta. Rabotala kontcertmei`sterom v «Moskontcerte», zatem stala solistkoi` v znamenitom VIA «Goluby`e gitary`» — pela narodny`e pesni, zarubezhny`e hity`, pesni sovetskikh kompozitorov. Vposledstvii stala vy`stupat` samostoiatel`no — kak e`stradnaia pevitca, prorabotav v «Moskontcerte» tridtcat` let. Uchastvovala v razlichny`kh konkursakh, by`la laureatom mezhdunarodnogo konkursa v Zelyonoi` Gure, diplomantom konkursa artistov e`strady` v Leningrade, ispolniala pesni Romana Mai`orova, Sergeia Berezina, Alberta Arutiunova i drugikh kompozitorov. Osoboi` populiarnost`iu v 80-e gody` pol`zovalsia due`t Iriny` Uvarovoi` i Nicolaia Karachentcova «Chto tebe podarit`?».

      V 90-e gody` Irine Uvarovoi` prishlos` prekratit` kontcertnuiu deiatel`nost` i ui`ti s e`strady`. V nastoiashchee vremia rabotaet muzy`kal`ny`m rukovoditelem v Moskovskom dramaticheskom teatre «Benefis».
