What disc formats do you carry?
Our catalogue includes DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and CD. Use the attribute filter to find the format you need.
How do I find a film with Russian subtitles or audio?
Use the Search by Attributes section: select the desired language in the Audio or Subtitles filter: only matching discs will be shown.
What is a disc region code?
A region code is a manufacturer playback restriction. Most modern players are multi-region. The region code for each disc is listed in its description on the website.
Are all products in stock?
Availability is updated in real time. If an item is shown without an "Out of stock" label, it is available. You can subscribe to be notified when it is back in stock.
Catalogue & Search
Do you sell music CDs and books too?
Yes. In addition to DVD and Blu-ray, the catalogue includes music CDs, books, and other goods (health & beauty, souvenirs, art). Use the category menu at the top of the page to browse each section.
Can I subscribe to new arrivals notifications?
Yes. On any product page you can subscribe to be notified when an out-of-stock item becomes available again. You can also manage your notification preferences in your account settings.
Do Russian films have German subtitles?
This varies by disc. Use the Search by Attributes filter: select "German" under Subtitles to see only discs that include German subtitles. The audio and subtitle languages for each disc are also listed in its product description.

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch. EU countries: 5–10 business days. Outside the EU: 10–20 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Deutsche Post AG (insured). Approximate rates for parcels from Germany:
Zone 1 (EU): up to 5 kg - €19.99, up to 10 kg - €25.99
Zone 2 (incl. Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Switzerland, Norway): up to 5 kg - €38.99, up to 10 kg - €52.99
Zone 3 (Canada, Israel, Kazakhstan, etc.): up to 5 kg - €39.99
Zone 4 (rest of world): up to 5 kg - €49.99
Small orders may be shipped as a registered letter (Einschreiben) for less.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view order history and the tracking link.
What if my parcel has not arrived?
If the expected delivery time has passed, please contact us with your order number. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.
Discounts & Offers
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes. When buying items from the same category (music, video, books, etc.):
• 5 or more items: 3% discount
• 10 or more items: 5% discount
• 20 or more items: 10% discount
How much does shipping within Germany cost?
For orders under €50:
• €2.20: letter/envelope (Deutsche Post, for small orders e.g. 1–2 CDs or DVDs)
• €7.99: parcel (DHL Paket)
For orders over €50: free shipping by DHL Paket.
What payment methods are available and when can I pay by invoice?
• PayPal (+ €0.99 fee): order shipped same business day after payment
• Cash on delivery (Nachnahme)
• Bank transfer / prepayment: from your 3rd order; order shipped as soon as payment is received
• Direct debit: from your 5th order, Germany only
• Invoice (14 days): from your 5th order, Germany only; also immediately available for businesses, institutions and clubs: please call or email us

My Account
How do I register?
Click "Login" in the top menu (between the language switcher and the cart) and select "Register". Fill in the form and confirm your email: your account will be activated.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link by email.
Where can I view my order history?
Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section: all orders, their status and tracking numbers are listed there.

How do I change my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address at any time in your account settings. You can also enter a different delivery address at checkout for each individual order.
How do I change my email or password?
Log into your account and go to account settings. There you can update your email address and change your password. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
How is my personal data used?
Your data is stored securely and used only to process your orders and to contact you regarding your purchase. We do not share your data with third parties except delivery services. You can request information about or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@petershop.com.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method and confirm. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfer (Überweisung) and PayPal. The full list is shown at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. No changes are possible after dispatch.
Do I need an account to order?
Registration is not required but recommended: registered users can view order history and track delivery in their account.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return an item without giving a reason (Widerrufsrecht). The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Contact us at info@petershop.com to initiate the return.
What if I received a damaged item?
Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the same account used for payment.
Shopping Cart
How do I add an item to the cart?
Click the cart icon next to the price on any product page. By default, 1 item is added. To add more, change the quantity in the cart before checkout.
How do I remove an item or change the quantity?
Open the cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page. There you can change the quantity of each item or remove unwanted items. Click "Recalculate" after any changes, then "Place order" to proceed.
Is my cart saved if I leave the site?
Yes. If you are logged in, your cart is saved between sessions. If you are not logged in, the cart may be lost when you close the browser. We recommend logging in or registering before adding items.
The item I want shows "Out of stock". Can I reserve it?
You cannot reserve out-of-stock items, but you can subscribe to a notification: click the "Notify me" button on the product page and enter your email. We will let you know as soon as the item is back in stock.
Terms & Conditions
Can I ship an order as a gift to a different address?
Yes. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. The invoice will be sent to your email, not included in the parcel.
Can I add items to an order I have already placed?
Unfortunately no: once a order is placed it cannot be modified. If it has not yet been shipped, contact us quickly at sales@petershop.com and we will try to cancel it so you can place a new combined order.
Can I order several copies of the same item?
Yes. Change the quantity in the cart before checkout. Note that quantity discounts apply per category: 5+ items = 3%, 10+ = 5%, 20+ = 10%.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. However, keep in mind that for small orders under €50 a shipping fee applies (€2.20 for a letter or €7.99 for a parcel within Germany). Free shipping starts at €50 within Germany.
Can businesses and organisations order?
Yes. Businesses, institutions, churches and clubs can place orders immediately with payment by invoice: no need to wait for 5 previous orders. Please contact us by phone (+49 5481 847429) or email (sales@petershop.com) to arrange this.
Can I order by phone or email instead of online?
The website is the primary and most convenient way to order. However, if you have difficulties placing an order online, you are welcome to contact us by phone (+49 5481 847429) or email (sales@petershop.com) and we will assist you.
