Vladimir Abramovich Dolinskiy rodilsya 20 aprelya 1944 goda. V 1966 godu on okonchil teatral'noe uchilische imeni B.V.Schukina, rabotal v razlichnyh moskovskih teatrah, v tom chisle teatre satiry, teatre imeni Leninskogo komsomola. Nyne Vladimir Dolinskiy - veduschiy akter teatra "U Nikitskih vorot", krome togo, igraet v razlichnyh antrepriznyh spektaklyah. V kino akter debyutiroval v 1969 godu, v fil'me "V trinadcatom chasu nochi"; prinimal uchastie v s'emkah "Kabachka `13 stul'ev`" gde igral pana Pepicheka. V konce 1970-h godov on sygral v fil'mah Marka Zaharova "Obyknovennoe chudo" i "Tot samyy Myunhgauzen". Artisticheskaya kar'era Vladimira Dolinskogo, posle vynuzhdennogo pereryva (on byl obvinen v valyutnyh mahinaciyah i osuzhden) s uspehom prodolzhilas' v konce 1980-h godov - on snyalsya v fil'mah "Posledniy kur'er", "Strasti po Vladimiru", "Agape'", "Kar'era Arturo Ui. Novaya versiya", "Bednaya Sasha", "Landysh serebristyy". Akter takzhe sotrudnichaet s televideniem - v chastnosti, sygral monaha Goranflo v "Grafine de Monsoro" i e'kstrasensa v detektive "Chto skazal pokoynik?".
