Rodilsya 27.09.1964 g.v g. Minusinske, Krasnoyarskogo kraya.V svyazi s pereezdom roditelei srednyuyu shkolu okonchil v g. Novosibirske. Pervye stihi nachal pisat' v 14 let.

S 1986 po 1989 g.g. prohodil slujbu v sostave ogranichennogo kontingenta sovetskih voisk v Afganistane. Za uchastie v boevyh deistviyah nagrajden ordenom "Krasnoi zvezdy" i medal'yu "Za otvagu".

Professional'no tvorchestvom zanimaetsya s 1999 g. posle vyhoda pervogo, odnogo iz luchshih, al'boma "Volyushka". Uspeh i izvestnost' ispolnitelyu prinesla pesnya "Aprel'".

Na segodnyashnii den' vyshlo 20 sol'nyh al'bomov (okolo 500 pesen).

Andrei yavlyaetsya laureatom:

- festivalya "Pesni, rojdennye na zemle Afganistana" (Moskva, 1988 g.);
- festivalya "Soldatskaya pesnya" (Kazahstan, 2002 g.);
- mejdunarodnogo festivalya avtorskoi pesni "Moi ostrov" (Novosibirsk, 2006 g.);
- mejdunarodnogo festivalya avtorskoi pesni "Moi ostrov" (Novosibirsk, 2007 g.);

V sootvetsvtii s resheniem Stavki Verhovnogo Atamana ot 25 avgusta 2007 goda Verhovnyi ataman Soyuza Kazach'ih formirovanii RF polkovnik A.P. Demin nagradil A.K. Klimnyuka Ordenom "Za zaslugi pered Otechestvom i kazachestvom III stepeni"

Andrei avtor pesen k kinofil'mu "Belaya vorona" ("Mosfil'm", 1991 g.) V 2006 godu vyshla kniga stihov "Iz mest lisheniya..."
