V kino Evgeniya Dobrovol'skaya nachala snimat'sya v 1983 godu, sygrav debyutnuyu rol' Olesi v kriminal'no-psihologicheskoj melodrame "Kletka dlya kanareek". V chisle ee kinorabot - kinokomediya Yuriya Rogozina "Muzhskoj zigzag", drama Igorya Minaeva "Pervyj e'tazh", istoricheskaya kartina Aleksandra A.Muratova "Moonzund", fantasticheskaya lenta E'duarda Gavrilova "Schen iz sozvezdiya Gonchih Psov". Ispolnila Evgeniya Dobrovol'skaya takzhe glavnuyu rol' v psihologicheskoj drame Eleny Cyplakovoj "Na tebya upovayu", no samoj zametnoj rol'yu aktrisy mozhno nazvat' korolevu Margo v teleseriale "Koroleva Margo".
