Larisa Andreevna Guzeeva rodilas' 23 maya 1959 goda v Orenburgskoy oblasti, v sovhoze Burtinskiy. V 1979 godu ona postupila v Leningradskiy gosudarstvennyy institut teatra, muzyki i kinematografii, na kurs V.Petrova. Okonchila ona LGITMiK v 1984 godu, a v 1986 godu stala aktrisoy kinostudii "Lenfil'm". Debyut Larisy Guzeevoy v kino byl triumfal'nym - v 1984 godu na e'krany vyshel fil'm "Zhestokiy romans", postavlennyy E'l'darom Ryazanovym po p'ese A.N.Ostrovskogo "Bespridannica". Kartina, hotya i vstrechennaya kritikami s prohladcey, u zriteley imela ogromnyy uspeh. Stoit otmetit', chto mastitomu rezhisseru porekomendoval nachinayuschuyu aktrisu Sergey Shakurov, i ona, nesmotrya na otsutstvie opyta, dostoyno sygrala v kompanii takih zvezd, kak Alisa Freyndlih, Nikita Mihalkov, Andrey Myagkov, Aleksey Petrenko. K sozhaleniyu, posle uspeha "Zhestokogo romansa" Larisa Guzeeva aktivno snimalas', no roli ne prinosili ey tvorcheskogo udovletvoreniya, i na rubezhe 80-90-h godov na e'krane ona po raznym prichinam stala poyavlyat'sya vse rezhe. Vseredine 90-h godov aktrisa sygrala v neskol'kih kartinah, snyatyh za rubezhom, a v 1998 godu v prokat vyshel dovol'no neobychnyy fil'm s uchastiem Larisy Guzeevoy - "Zhestkoe vremya".
Nyne Larisa Guzeeva vmeste s muzhem i synom zhivet v Sankt-Peterburge.
