Do devyatogo klassa sestry uchilis' v obychnoy shkole, a zatem postupili v kaliningradskiy licey № 49, v akterskiy klass Borisa Beynensona. V 1999 godu oni obe postupili v Vysshee teatral'noe uchilische imeni M.S.Schepkina. Na e'krane Ol'ga Arntgol'c vpervye poyavilas' v e'pizode "Kleopatra" iz televizionnogo fil'ma "Chernaya komnata" Aleksandra Hvana. Izvestnost' ey prinesla glavnaya rol' v seriale "Troe protiv vseh" (2002). Vmeste Ol'ga i Tat'yana Arntgol'c snyalis' v detektivnom seriale "Zachem tebe alibi?" (2003). V 2005 godu vyshla kartina Aleksandra Veledinskogo "Russkoe" po motivam prozy E'duarda Limonova, v ney Ol'ga Arntgol'c sygrala zametnuyu rol'.
