Boombox Group was established in 2004 in Kiev musicians play in a band Acoustic Swing Band (A.Hlyvnyuk) and Tartak (V. Matiyuk and A.Samoylov). In the group Boombox of three people playing: Andrew Khlyvnyuk - vocalist and author of all texts, Andrew Mukha Samoilo - guitarist and Valentin Valik Matiyuk - DJ. Boombox-Family - an extended version of the Boombox. In addition to the musicians here include Boris Ginzhuk - producer and concert director, Igor Melnik - sound designer and Alexei Sogomonov - producer. The band Boombox released two albums and a single.

Boombox Discography:
• 2005 - "Boombox: Melomanіya (Melomania)" Published in Ukraine by Music Factory, re-released in 2006 in Ukraine Moon Records in 2007, released by Monolit in Russia. Ukrainian reissue includes a large 24-page booklet, video, and two previously unreleased songs recorded at a concert at Club Chinese Pilot Jao da (Moscow).
• 2006 - "Boombox: Family biznes (Family Business)" Published in Ukraine by Moon Records. At the moment, sold more than 100.000 copies of the album in Ukraine. The album received a "gold" status. In Russia album released in 2007, the company Monolit.
• 2008 - the single "Boombox: Trimay (Hold)" Published in Ukraine by Moon Records. The best-selling rock 'n' roll single of the year. In Russia was not published.

Boombox Filmography:
"Hottabych" - an online comedy by Peter Tochilina. Boombox on the soundtrack are represented by five tracks from the album Melomaniya specially re-arranged for the film. Hottabych song written for the film, but in the movie and is not included on the album Family Biznes and becomes one of the most famous songs.
"Krasnyy zhemchug lyubvi" ("Red Pearls of Love") - a drama by Andreas Puustusmaa. Boombox song on the soundtrack are "Wachter" heard on the credits.
